Eastchester 1, Lakeland 0, OT: At No. 4 Lakeland, Luca Fava scored the golden goal on a rebound in the 87th minute for the 12th-seeded Eagles (8-8-3).

Tappan Zee 3, Riverside 1: At No. 3 TZ, Thomas Shalvey scored twice and Eoghan McGee had two assists. After Franco Gutierrez gave the sixth-seeded Rams a 1-0 lead in the fourth minute, Chris Mulqueen scored on an assist from McGee to equalize in the 10th. Shalvey gave the Dutchmen (14-2-2) a 2-1 lead with his goal in the 31st minute and then scored again in the 64th on an assist from Mike Dalisera. TZ goalie John Connor made eight saves and Riverside’s Freddy Nava had a goal waved by the referees in the 38th minute. The Dutchmen will play at No. 2 Byram Hills in the semifinals on Wednesday.
“I was a little shook at the beginning, but just like the last game (a 2-2 tie with Riverside in the regular season), we came back from being down,” Shalvey said. “I knew that they were going to play technical. They’re very fast on and off the ball, and we just needed to stay in a zone on them and keep up the pressure.”
Pearl River 3, Beacon 1: At No. 1 Pearl River, Sean Coughlan, Kevin Doorley and Manuel Arango scored and Craig MacDonald had three assists. The Pirates (16-2) will host No. 12 Eastchester in the semifinals on Wednesday.
Rye Neck 2, Bronxville 0: At No. 2 Bronxville, Donovan Dunning and Kol Lewis scored for the seventh-seeded Panthers (11-5-2).

Edgemont 2, Briarcliff 1: At No. 3 Edgemont, Drew Simon scored the winning goal with 13 minutes to play on an assist from Nikash Taskar. Justin Shifteh also scored for the Panthers (14-3-1), who will host No. 7 Rye Neck in the semifinals on Wednesday.
Hastings 2, Pleasantville 0: At No. 4 Hastings, John Ceballos scored both goals and Daymon Theodule made seven saves for the shutout. The Yellow Jackets (14-2-2) will host No. 9 Blind Brook in the semifinals on Wednesday.

Arlington 4, Suffern 0: At No. 1 Arlington, Dillon Ashong scored twice and Paul Makaj had a goal and an assist. Vinny Colantuono also scored for the Admirals (17-1), who will host No. 5 Mamaroneck in the semifinals on Wednesday.
Yorktown 2, Port Chester 1: At Purchase College, Joey Landicino scored both goals and Giuliano Santucci made nine saves for the Huskers (10-4-4), who will travel to No. 3 Scarsdale for the semis on Wednesday.
Mamaroneck 2, Horace Greeley 1, OT: At No. 4 Greeley, Jack Spiradellis scored the golden goal off of a free kick from Cameron Richards. Conor LeBlanc scored the first goal for the Tigers (13-4-1) on an assist from Matt DiCicco and Greg Ginsberg scored for the Quakers.
Scarsdale 2, Ketcham 0: At No. 3 Scarsdale, Luca Novaes scored both goals for the Raiders (15-2-1).
