Defensive tackle Michail Carter feels more than school pride with his selection to the Under Armour All-America Game.
“It means a lot to me, being that I’m the first player from my county to be selected to play in this game,” Carter said. “It’s a wonderful feeling and I’m truly blessed to play in the game.”
Carter, from Jackson (Ga.), received his honorary jersey Friday when the Selection Tour presented by American Family Insurance stopped at his school. The Under Armour All-America Game is Jan. 2 in Orlando.
