At stops on the Under Armour All-American Game Selection Tour by American Family Insurance, the honored player dons the jersey with the No. 16 and poses for photos.
When the Tour visited Austin High in Decatur, Ala., Deonte Brown held the jersey as a prop for the photos and wore an Under Armour T-shirt. Brown is 6-foot-4 and 350 pounds, and the jersey wasn’t nearly big enough to fit.
But rest assured, Brown will have all the sharp-looking and well-fitting gear when he gets to Florida for the Jan. 2 showcase of the nation’s top players.

Brown, an Alabama commit who is ranked as the No. 3 guard by ESPN, was honored in ceremony attended by his family, members of the football team and the juniors and seniors at his school.
“What made me accept the invitation was that I really wanted to play in it and as a little kid I used to watch the games and then I used to think that could be me in high school playing among the great players,” he said. “It was a great honor to be even thought about to play in the game so as soon as I got it I was like, ‘Yeah, I’m playing in it definitely.’ ”
