Now that’s what you call bringing it back to the house.
Franklin senior Kelton Lowry set a school record with his 106-yard interception return for a touchdown on Friday.
Lowry (717 yards, 11 touchdowns) is also the leading rusher for the Panthers (4-2, 2-0) and had 21 carries for 90 yards and a touchdown in his latest game — Franklin’s 21-7 win over Pisgah at Cherokee.
Panthers coaches were able to determine the yardage of Lowry’s interception return after reviewing game film. He was originally credited with a 100-yard return.
