Ever since the fifth season of popular show Game of Thrones ended, speculations begun on whether or not the character Jon Snow was actually dead. Finally, someone from the cast has spoken — Maisie Williams, who plays Arya Stark in the series, says he’s definitely dead.
Fans have been clinging on to the hope that Jon Snow might return as Kit Harington was spotted filming on set in Belfast earlier still sporting the same ‘Jon Snow’ hairstyle.

However, to everyone’s dismay, Maisie confirmed his death in an interview with Absolute Radio on Friday. “People are constantly asking me (if he’s alive) and the answer is ‘no,’ I’m very sorry,” she said.

She continued to be blunt and stated, “Yeah, he’s dead. I’m not a liar, I’m very sorry. I would know of all people, after all. I’m the one who has the script here!”

She then explained that she is sure because the cast gets the full script at the start of the filming for the new season; so, she knows what season 6 holds. “We can read ahead and see what other people are up to,” she added.
Could it be that Maisie was just really good with words? She never said anything about him coming back from the dead… So, we are still hopeful we will get to see him again. Let’s see what season 6 holds in store for us!
