Emma Messenger, Grace Messenger and Michaela Kulpinski each picked up singles wins in the Marlboro High School girls tennis team’s 5-0 sweep of host Poughkeepsie on Thursday.
Emma Messenger beat Dorothy Belton, 6-0, 6-0 at first singles. At second singles, Grace Messenger beat Jaize Weaver, 6-1, 6-1. Kulpinski defeated Adriana Powers, 6-0, 6-0.
Madi Ross and Brittany DeSantis beat Makiah Williams at first doubles, 6-0, 6-0. The second doubles tandem of Adriana Vacante and Julie Truncali beat Tondra Walker and Maria Lodge, 6-2, 6-0.
Roy C. Ketcham 6, Carmel 1 — Laura Koob won at first singles, 6-1, 6-3, while Eileen Liang won at second singles, 6-3, 6-0.
Sarah Canzone and Rachel Dunas won at second doubles, 6-0, 6-0.
The Indians will host John Jay on Monday.
New Paltz 3, Wallkill 2 — Mikal Kalus won at first singles, 6-2, 6-1 for the host Huguenots. At third singles, Halley Mastro won 6-0, 6-0.
Madeline Finnegan and Grace Morrissey won at first doubles, 6-0, 6-4.
Hendrick Hudson 5, Arlington 2 — Simran Narula picked up a win at second singles, 10-8, while Sravya Varanasi and Sabrina Goldfischer won a 10-3 match at second doubles for the host Admirals.
Erik Stauderman shot a 1-over-par 37 at Rhinebeck Golf Club to lead Spackenkill over Rhinebeck, 162-187, on Thursday.
Stauderman earned medalist honors for the third time this season. Stanley Garrant shot a 39 with one birdie and four pars, and Ryan Ackert and Ryan Lo each carded a 43.
Parker Knoop shot a 44 for the Hawks, who visit Ellenville Tuesday. Spackenkill hosts Onteora Monday.
Red Hook 184, Franklin D. Roosevelt 185 — Cam Hackett shot a 42 for the host Raiders at par-36 Red Hook Golf Club. Teammate Austin Lunstedt shot 45 and Jacob Morrison shot a career-best 46.
Jeffrey Peters shot a 38 for the Presidents (6-3). Red Hook (6-2) visits Rondout Valley at 3:30 p.m. Friday.
Webutuck 211, Dover 267 — Ahmatik Jones shot a 52 for the visiting Warriors (5-4) at par-35 Harlem Valley Golf Club. Teammate Paul Thomas shot a 45.

Nini Sher had 24 kills and eight aces to lead Spackenkill over Marlboro, 25-21, 16-25, 25-15, 18-25, 27-25 on Thursday. Courtney Noll added 10 kills and seven aces for the Spartans (8-3).
Emily Beck had 12 kills and Ashley Votta had seven kills and eight digs for Marlboro (6-3).
Pine Plains 3, New Paltz 1 — Ashley Starzyk led the host Bombers with six aces, nine kills, two assists and four blocks, as Pine Plains won 25-23, 17-25, 25-23, 25-21 late Wednesday. Teammate Alyssa Boyles contributed with two aces, two kills, seven assists and one block.
Michaella Lamont added three aces and two kills, Bella Starzyk had three kills and a block, and Anna Lonczak had eight digs, three assists and a kill.
Karly Giancola had eight assists and eight digs for New Paltz. Morgan Cozzolino added 17 assists and Kelly Brinkman had 10 digs and eight kills.
Millbrook 3, Franklin D. Roosevelt 0 — Megan Fergus had 16 kills, one ace and 10 digs to help lead the visiting Blazers 25-20, 25-12, 25-12 late Wednesday. Brianna Wrightsman added five aces and seven digs, while Brooke Babbitt had four ace for the Blazers (7-1).
Alyssa Dam had two blocks for the Presidents.
Arlington 3, John Jay 1 — Kira Payman had 20 kills, 24 digs, three service aces and two blocks to lead Arlington in a 26-24, 25-23, 28-30, 25-19 win late Wednesday. Rachael Torella added 27 assists, four kills and 22 digs and a service ace.
Hami Kang had a service ace, 12 kills and 21 digs for the Admirals (5-3).
Maddie Barberan had 12 kills and 16 digs for John Jay (6-3). Alyssa Ashley added 19 assists.
Girls swimming and diving
Amy Zhou took first in the 100 breaststroke (1:19.78) and Caitlin Newhard won the 200 individual medley (2:31.96) to lead host John Jay over Peekskill, 89-81, late Wednesday.
Newhard also took second in the 100 breastroke (1:20.03) and Teresa Scarduzio placed thid (1:26.27). Akirtava, Newhard, Scarduzio and Newman took first in the 200 freestyle relay (1:55.69).
