The Supreme Court reserved judgment against the establishment of military courts
Islamabad: Supreme Court against the 18 th and 21 th constitutional amendment has reserved decision on applications under which military courts have been established.
Chief Justice of Pakistan headed by Justice Nasir-ul-Mulk 17-member bench of the Supreme Court under the 21th Amendment of petitions concerning the establishment of military courts. The Attorney General Salman Butt completed his arguments against the establishment of military courts if the court reserved judgment on applications.
During the hearing before the Attorney General Salman Butt had argued that the Hindus judiciary to interpret the Constitution. But any amendment or repeal law can not stroke.
