South Africa, the International Court of Justice demanding to arrest the Sudanese president
The Hague International Court of Justice in Darfur from South Africa killing millions of human beings have demanded the arrest of the Sudanese President. According to foreign news agency, the International Court of Justice has asked the government of South Africa.
African Union said that Sudanese President Omar al-Bashir to attend the meeting are wanted for war crimes and arrest warrants have been issued by the South African government to arrest them immediately. He South African government’s stance that the Sudanese president formally invited to attend the meeting, so we can not arrest them.
